Brejos house,
Comporta
The architecture project is defined by a fragmentation of volumes, bringing together different languages characteristic of the Comporta region. References to traditional fishermen’s houses are combined with elements of Alentejo vernacular architecture, creating a composition that is deeply rooted in the local identity while maintaining a contemporary and understated expression. A palette of light colours and natural materials, including timber, white masonry and traditional finishes, reinforces the connection with the landscape and the distinctive character of the place.
