CONCEITOS DE ARTE × PAULA PAES LEME

The PURO Collection, created in collaboration with artist Paula Paes Leme, explores the relationship between art, architecture and furniture. Her distinctive language of form, colour, rhythm and balance is translated into a series of sculptural pieces where geometric lines, organic curves and reliefs become volume, texture and material. Natural wood and ceramic tile come together in compositions that balance warmth and graphic expression, while the interplay between surfaces creates a subtle dialogue between light and shadow.

Rather than reproducing Paula Paes Leme’s artwork, PURO interprets its visual principles through a new scale and medium. Horizontal lines become tactile rhythms, painted curves become three-dimensional forms, and compositions move from the canvas into the space. The collection establishes a dialogue between the artist’s work and the language of furniture, transforming artistic references into functional objects with a strong material presence and an identity of their own.
